Highly Integrated, Multi-Functional Design – The module's standout feature is its combination of high-density digital I/O, high-speed counters, and fast interrupt response in a single unit. With up to 48 digital channels, 4 built-in 32-bit counters (supporting incremental encoders), and 8 interrupt inputs, it can simultaneously handle discrete control, position/speed measurement, and event-triggered tasks—saving rack space and reducing system cost.

Excellent Real-Time Performance & Flexibility – All output channels support PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) functionality, with hold times configurable from 0 to 2 seconds for valve applications to achieve energy-efficient operation. The 16 freely configurable I/O direction channels provide great flexibility to adapt to different field requirements. Adjustable input filters effectively suppress signal bouncing and noise.

Designed for Harsh Industrial Environments – The module features a wide operating temperature range (-30°C to +60°C) and 500 V electrical isolation, with reverse polarity protection, ensuring stable and reliable operation in demanding environments such as wind power and railway transportation.
