The Pepperl+Fuchs HiD2900TOP is a versatile 2-channel terminal module designed for the pass-through of non-intrinsically safe signals between the control system and field devices. It mounts on a HiD Termination Board and supports universal signal types, accommodating both 0/4 ... 20 mA and 0 ... 5 V signals.
Each channel can be independently configured via DIP switches for either signal pass-through or signal conversion. The module features a built-in 250 Ω resistor that can be enabled through the DIP switches, allowing the conversion of a 0/4 ... 20 mA signal to a 0 ... 5 V or 1 ... 5 V signal for control side compatibility
