The Bently Nevada 3500/25-01-03-00 is an Enhanced Keyphasor Module designed for the 3500 Machinery Protection System. This half-height, two‑channel module processes signals from eddy‑current proximity probes or magnetic pickups, converting them into digital phase reference pulses. These pulses indicate precisely when a shaft's Keyphasor mark passes the transducer, providing the critical timing reference required for accurate vibration monitoring and shaft speed measurement .   This specific configuration –01‑03‑00 includes a single half‑height two‑channel Keyphasor card, an Internal Barrier I/O module with internal terminations for safe wiring in hazardous areas, and no external agency approvals . As an upgraded replacement for the legacy 125792‑01 module, it offers expanded processing capabilities while maintaining complete backward compatibility.
