AB 1757-SRM

The Allen-Bradley 1757-SRM is a System Redundancy Module (SRM) for the ProcessLogix and ControlLogix platforms. It enables controller redundancy by pairing with an identical module in a second chassis, synchronizing program state and I/O data over a dedicated fiber-optic link. When a fault occurs on the primary controller, the system switches to the secondary controller to maintain continuous process operation.
