The ProSoft MVI46-AFC is an in-chassis Gas & Oil Flow Computer module for the Allen-Bradley SLC 500 platform (1746 I/O chassis). It performs flow measurement calculations for gas and liquid hydrocarbon applications, including AGA, API, and ISO standard calculations, and communicates the results to the SLC controller via the backplane.
