The Altivar 61 and Altivar 71 are two legacy variable frequency drive families from Schneider Electric. Both have been discontinued. They differ in application focus: ATV61 is designed for variable-torque loads such as fans and pumps, while ATV71 targets constant-torque, high-overload applications such as hoisting, conveying, and packaging.
