KL4022 EtherCAT Terminal

The KL4022 is a two-channel analog output terminal from the Beckhoff Bus Terminal series (KL series) for the traditional K-Bus I/O system. It outputs 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA current-loop signals with 16-bit resolution, providing finer output steps than the 12-bit KL4012. It is used to control multiple actuators, valves, and drives that accept an analog current setpoint where higher output resolution is required. It belongs to the same high-resolution current-loop output family as the KL4021. Unlike EtherCAT terminals (EL series), the KL series communicates via the K-Bus and is typically used with Beckhoff Bus Couplers or Bus Terminal Controllers.
