EL6692 EtherCAT Terminal

The EL6692 is an EtherCAT bridge terminal from the Beckhoff EtherCAT Terminal series, designed to couple two EtherCAT systems and enable data exchange between them. It provides a transparent communication link between two independent EtherCAT networks, allowing process data, mailbox communication, and time synchronization to be exchanged across the bridge. It is used in applications where separate EtherCAT systems — such as different machines, controllers, or plant sections — need to exchange data while remaining independently controlled.
