EL3742 EtherCAT Terminal

The EL3742 is a two-channel analog input terminal from the Beckhoff EtherCAT Terminal series, designed for high-speed acquisition of current-loop signals using oversampling. Each channel measures 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA current signals and samples them at a much higher rate than the EtherCAT bus cycle, transmitting multiple sampled values per bus cycle to the controller. It enables precise capture of fast current transients and dynamic current-loop signals in test benches, drive systems, and high-dynamic process measurement.
