Beckhoff KL2531 original motion interface

The KL2531 is a single-channel stepper motor terminal from the Beckhoff Bus Terminal series (KL series) for the traditional K-Bus I/O system. It integrates a compact stepper motor drive directly into the Bus Terminal housing, enabling direct control of a bipolar stepper motor without a separate external drive. It is used for positioning tasks in machine building, handling systems, and laboratory equipment where a compact, cost-effective stepper drive is sufficient. Unlike EtherCAT terminals (EL series), the KL series communicates via the K-Bus and is typically used with Beckhoff Bus Couplers or Bus Terminal Controllers.
