Beckhoff KL1872 original digital input

The KL1872 is a two-channel digital output terminal from the Beckhoff Bus Terminal series (KL series) for the traditional K-Bus I/O system, featuring integrated diagnostics, manual operation, and extended output functions. It is used to switch binary field devices such as relays, contactors, solenoid valves, and indicator lamps, while providing diagnostic feedback and manual override capability for commissioning and troubleshooting. Unlike EtherCAT terminals (EL series), the KL series communicates via the K-Bus and is typically used with Beckhoff Bus Couplers or Bus Terminal Controllers.
