The Beckhoff EL1502 is a 2-channel EtherCAT counter terminal designed for fast counting tasks with a maximum frequency of 100 kHz. It can be configured as either a single 32-bit up/down counter or two independent counters, and features two outputs that can be switched based on counter state for fast field device control.
