The Beckhoff EL9070 is a shield terminal module for the EtherCAT system. It provides eight terminal points connected to the potential of the mounting rail, allowing cable shielding to be picked up without additional modular terminals or wiring. Its internal seamless copper surface also provides effective shielding between two EtherCAT terminals.
