Beckhoff EL1024 EtherCAT Terminal Digital Input

The Beckhoff EL1024 is a 4-channel digital input EtherCAT Terminal designed for acquiring binary 24 V DC control signals from the process level and transmitting them, in an electrically isolated form, to the higher-level automation unit. It conforms to EN 61131-2, Type 2 input specification and features a 3 ms input filter that eliminates bouncing caused by mechanical switches. The terminal provides additional +24 V connection points, allowing four 2-wire sensors to be connected directly without external power distribution.
