The Bachmann FS212/N (order number 00017824-00) is a FASTBUS slave module from the Bachmann Fx210 series within the M1 automation system. It works with the FM211/FM212 FASTBUS master modules to distribute substations over long distances via fiber optic cables with minimal signal delay. The FS212/N features 2 fiber optic interfaces and an integrated power supply that can power the I/O modules of a connected substation.
