The Bachmann BES212 (order number 00012847-00) is a bus expansion slave module from the Bachmann M1/M200 automation system series. It works in conjunction with the BEM211 master module to enable high-speed connection of distributed I/O units up to 3 meters away, allowing the controller's backplane to be extended to additional stations. The BES212 is the slave module with 2 interfaces; the BES212/N (00012848-00) is the variant with an integrated power supply.
