The Schneider Electric ATV930D75N4 is a heavy-duty Altivar Process ATV900 variable frequency drive designed for demanding industrial applications requiring constant torque control and high dynamic performance. Rated at 75 kW (100 HP) for normal duty operation, this drive is purpose-built for cranes, hoists, extruders, mixers, centrifuges, and other demanding machinery where full torque is required across the entire speed range. Unlike the ATV630 series (optimized for variable torque pump and fan applications), the ATV930 is the heavy-duty process variant with 150% overload capability for 60 seconds, making it ideal for applications with high starting torque requirements or frequent load impacts. The drive features an integrated braking chopper, Safe Torque Off (STO) safety function, and embedded dual-port Ethernet for seamless integration into modern industrial networks.
