ABB DAI04

The ABB DAI04 is a high-precision analog input module designed for ABB's legacy Freelance 2000/800F DCS and AC500 PLC platforms. It converts continuous field signals—such as 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA, ±10 V, and 0–10 V—into digital values for process control, enabling accurate monitoring of pressure, temperature, flow, and level. The module features 16-bit resolution and galvanic channel isolation, providing reliable performance in electrically noisy industrial environments.
