The Siemens 6SN1118-0NK01-0AA0 is a 2-axis control unit (regulation insert) for the SIMODRIVE 611 universal HR drive system, designed for resolver feedback applications. It is a closed-loop control board that manages speed, torque, and positioning for two independent axes, and can be expanded with optional modules for additional functionality .
This is the HR (High Resolution) variant with resolver interface, distinguished from the HRS (sin/cos 1Vpp encoder) and other feedback variants. It is a legacy SIMODRIVE 611 component, discontinued since 2013-09-30 with end of service/repair (EOSR) on 2015-09-30 .
