Beckhoff KL4494 4-Channel Analog Output Terminal

The KL4494 is a four-channel analog output terminal from the Beckhoff Bus Terminal series (KL series) for the traditional K-Bus I/O system. It outputs bipolar ±10 V voltage signals with 16-bit resolution, providing finer output steps than the 12-bit KL4034. It is used to control drives, servo controllers, proportional valves, and other devices that require a signed analog setpoint where higher output resolution is required. It belongs to the KL4xxx high-resolution analog output family. Unlike EtherCAT terminals (EL series), the KL series communicates via the K-Bus and is typically used with Beckhoff Bus Couplers or Bus Terminal Controllers.
