The KL3041 is a single-channel analog output terminal from the Beckhoff Bus Terminal series (KL series) for the traditional K-Bus I/O system, featuring integrated diagnostics. It outputs a 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA current-loop signal to control actuators, valves, drives, and other devices that accept an analog current setpoint, while providing diagnostic feedback on output status. It belongs to the same diagnostic analog output family as the KL3021 and KL3022. Unlike EtherCAT terminals (EL series), the KL series communicates via the K-Bus and is typically used with Beckhoff Bus Couplers or Bus Terminal Controllers.
