The Allen-Bradley 1769-CLL1 is a 0.3-meter (1-foot) left-to-left bus expansion cable for the CompactLogix system. It connects the left side of one I/O bank to the left side of another, extending the 1769 communication bus. A maximum of two expansion cables can be used per system, allowing up to three banks of I/O modules, each requiring its own power supply.
